Fashion Art Toronto, the city’s premiere multi-arts fashion platform, is set to dazzle the fashion world with its Spring 2024 edition of 1664 Fashion Week. Slated for May 2 to May 5 at Black Creek Assembly, this year’s event promises an array of spectacular runway shows, featuring over 40 Canadian designers, alongside vibrant retail and art experiences.
This season, Fashion Week welcomes Kronenbourg 1664 as its title partner, introducing the brand’s signature style and the new 1664 Rosé—a delicately sweet wheat beer with a hint of red berries, designed to complement the flair and creativity of Canadian fashion.
The week’s festivities will kick off on Thursday, May 2, with high-energy runway presentations from noted designers like Prescribed Shelter, Signed by Dahliah, Kyle Gervacy, OAMA, and Ali Hader Couture. Adding to the excitement, the Black Designers of Canada will host two special group runway shows on Friday, May 3, featuring collections from black-owned brands such as Kali Works, Mufaro Mukoki, SOAP Studios, and Vibe The People.
Beyond the runway, attendees can immerse themselves in the Fashion Playground, complete with a 1664 Bar, guest lounge, a 50-foot pink carpet for photo ops, retail pop-ups, and art installations. The Fashion & Beauty Boutique will offer a curated selection of apparel, jewelry, accessories, and beauty products from 24 Canadian artisans and brands, creating a unique shopping experience right at the heart of the fashion week.
Cap off the week in style at LIMINUL x FAT Presents: THE AFTER, the official after party hosted by Liminul Magazine. Join us on Sunday, May 5, from 10 PM to 3 AM at the Geary Avenue Warehouse for an unforgettable night of music, fashion, and art, celebrating the close of another successful fashion week.
