At Mile 44 in Los Angeles this pas week, VALENTE unveiled its FW25 collection Viva Per Sempre in a fashion film premiere and pre-sale experience that blurred the lines between cinema, memory, and design.
Founded by Canadian-born Angelica Valente, the Los Angeles–based luxury label has become known for its sharply defined silhouettes, gender-fluid ethos, and immersive storytelling that weds Italian tradition with a distinctly futurist vision. This season marked a return to LA following the brand’s New York Fashion Week debut in February, where Viva Per Sempre first introduced its aesthetic vocabulary.

The evening centered on the premiere of the official campaign film, an atmospheric meditation on legacy, futurism, and spirit, paired with the unveiling of new FW25 looks and early access to presale pieces. Guests were drawn into a multi-sensory presentation where garments, image, and sound fused into a singular brand experience.
Viva Per Sempre is deeply personal for the designer, taking inspiration from her own family history, most notably the Valente Band, an Italian family ensemble that rose to prominence in the 1980s. That intergenerational spirit resonates in the collection’s dramatic silhouettes: angular 80’s power-tailoring softened by liquid draping, echoing the tension between masculine and feminine energies.
The visual codes of the decade appear not so much as nostalgia writ through the sartorial, but as reimagined futurism, featuring structures exaggerated to cinematic proportions and draped fabrics flowing with a spectral quality. In Valente’s hands, familial lineage and memory become a portal to something new, suggesting that spirit lives on, per sempre.
As with past collections, Valente emphasizes that the brand is not merely about garments, but about crafting immersive worlds. Viva Per Sempre lives across campaign film, editorial storytelling, custom soundtracks, and event activations, each chapter layering onto the next.
The Mile 44 premiere captured that ethos, much like their FW25 outing at NYFW, guests experienced the collection immersively, through the cinematic reveal of the film, followed by intimate access to the collection’s sculptural designs; an exploration of legacy reframed through contemporary design.
VALENTE continues to build a universe where clothing transcends its material form, becoming a vessel for memory, identity, and futurity. With Viva Per Sempre, the label affirms its position as one of LA’s most compelling voices in fashion’s evolving narrative.
